Psion could be a very nice and unique asset to existing six, but hard to implement, as this class use no encounters, but make use of additional at wills, and utilizes psionic power pool to power them.. If devs happen to implement this class properly, I would applaud them. (As far as I can remember even dnd fans had some…
But how does it effect cc skills? Does it make tham weaker? Will that new stat encourage everyone to use only certain skills that max out dps, crippling build variety and turning pvp into race for numbers ? That's the real question. Pvp required updates for a long time. Good enough, if they will be finally implemented.
Really nice thread, volt and some good comments from community ! I would like to ask for suggestion. I'm interested in hybrid build, since I enjoy active style of combat, switching from ranged to melee and having 6 encounters instead of 3 can`t be ignored. So what powers an feats are totally must have for hybrid? If its…
Really nice guide, and build is fun to use. What can you say about recovery ? Stacking it will be beneficial and result in more control=survivability ?
Honestly, current mark feels more like pan-and-paper D&D skill. GF is defender, and something like Knights Challenge on tab would be fair deal, if you ask. However that's were balance issues come into play..
While no single class is necessary, its more benefitial (and, at least for me - more fun) to have a balanced party. But whatever works for you is fine. If you find pleasure in running content without clerics - more power to you.
Good point man. Most people, willing to spend money on game, prefer to obtain thing of value, like rare mounts, eye-candy armour, and perhaps bonuses that speed up things (exp, glory, craft etc), rather than simple basic stuff. In case of bags - purchasing them should contribute to more comfortable game play instead of…
So basicly we discarded system, that already was too complicated, just to replace it by even more complicated. It must have taken bunch of time, creating a guide on such "involving" system.
I really disliked old system. It was awkward and unwieldy. Never thought I`m going to miss it. Which is pretty sad, since I really enjoy the game itself (combat, quests, dnd lore). I'm just not ready to dedicate THAT much time to inventory management.
Switching to melee should be considered as tactical option, not main strategy. HR strong sides are situational awareness (provided by range) and manoeuvrability. Rangers dodge "Shift" is nice defensive ability, that can be used 5 times in a row and has no analogues. With that said ill admit that I'm far from considering…
Thanks, but was already redden before posting. No connection. That thread`s about problems to join after leaving/being kicked from battle. lol sorry, posted it in wrong place
