I didn't mind an "exclusive" Menzoberranzan Renegade because non-Hero players would get for free another drow version later (let's see if 60 days later or not). Moon Elves only for cash-pack would be a clear slap in the face. (imho, just in case I need to add that)

No opinion about the issue until Cryptic gives me the 1,380,000 ADs from my Hero of the North pack that their buggy AH ate during the third day of Open "Beta". I mean, "Open Beta". But I can predict that the opinion, if I had to have one, most probably includes some rolling of eyes.

Only potions worth would those of the max rank maybe? I'm going to sit for a while in rank 7 just for the class dyes and eventually raise it to be one of the three of my main. I'm not threatening anyone, just complaining in the place indicated by the automated email I received. One month after first ticket, they close it without reading it. In game tickets go to hell after that (as usual) so I have to send normal mail. More week for... an automated reply that has nothing to do with my issue!!…

Level Adjustments are crappy way to balance stuff. Crappy for drow, tiefling or for any other race. Edit: and 3rd Edtion too

Since when cannot a players hire someone to carry the torch? Or to "disable" traps? (if you know what I mean) Or fight alongside the party? And characters attracting cohorts is not unknown in D&D. They required more level than our level 16 in Neverwinter (level 5 PnP?).

Being hated for supporting the game with my hard earned money and using one of the perks of my Founder's pack, while being affected by a decission I wasn't involved with (or agree with, for that matter), doesn't sound like fun.:p Not that I expect players to be rational.:p

I'll have a character of each class that I find fun to play (which may auto-discard tanks). I don't think I'll have extra characters of the same class except for roleplay purposes, despite possible class customization options.

I'd say that the style used in the OP is not just valid with a game company like Cryptic (plus adressing not just Crypitc but their owner Perfect World, and maybe even knock on Wizard of the Coast).:) WotC created a monster with their open d20 license and Paizo with their Pathfinder.
