Oh Lord :( I saw that topic but i read just the 1st post and there was nothing in it about gateway - just the client ( i didn't try the client though so it may be the same). If you don't mind telling - what is the problem? It's quite a pain to read through all 20+ pages...

Any updates on this issue? I have like 15+ gemmed archmage's rings and simply don't know whether I should try getting at least smth for them now or keep them for further Jewelmaking tasks. Screens from the progression tree would be welcome :)

Totally agree with the OP. The last 2 skins are ridiculously ugly. 2nd is not nice as well but since the 1st one is almost not visible at all, 2nd is the most logical choice (at least it doesn't obscure your vision too much).
You are mixing artifacts (3 of them in the bottom section of the character screen) - they will be up to rank 120 and artifact equipment (main and offhand, neck and belt) - it will be ranked up to 80.
If it annoys you that someone picks up all greens, why not just to change the settings of group looting. Set them to blue or higher and problem is solved. You won't see anything lover than the set threshold that other people pick up...

It IS really relatively easy if you manage to get into a good group but it is 100% impossible with a poor group (no mater your own gear, skill and PC)... Sad but true, so nothing to be boasting about...
