It happens to both me, an OP, and my partner, a GWF. I also stood there and watched a number of people run past and enter combat mode, and then be stuck... I think something recently changed that may be causing this effect because it wasn't doing this before the last update for me!
Well, sure... if you right click on your dye pack and breakout the dyes you will take up 2 more inventory slots than the pack itself. Though if someone does breakout a dye pack the chances are probably really good they plan on using the dyes sometime soon or why would they breakout the dyes in the first place? :) I really…
Wow, ty for the info, that sounds like one heck of a tool you've built yourself there! I think a lot of people, myself included, would love to play with the spreadsheet(s) you've created... if you ever release it, or make a cleaned up version and need testers, please feel free to send me a PM! :)
The feeder system works best if you can get your RP for free via Leadership coffers and Quartermaster/Dragon Horde enchantments. There is so much free RP available that buying RP really shouldn't be necessary. As mentioned above buy your feeder artifacts between 2xRP events when they are significantly cheaper, if you watch…
Well, the AD cost will vary significantly depending on what RP you buy and what people are selling it for. As per the link in the post above it takes 10,469,635 RP to get an artifact to Mythic quality from scratch. You also need to factor in the costs of the various marks and wards used to upgrade the artifact, again these…
Think of it as enchants are slotted into sockets, thus are removable. Armor kits modify the armor to make it better, so is a non-removable upgrade. Of course that analogy falls apart as you can replace one kit with another one, but what can you do? lol Short answer: probably not! :(
Or, how about changing the Critical Strike to Recovery on the Restoration pieces for OP... like the other Restoration pieces added with Mod 12 that I have acquired. Only 1 of 4 pieces of Restoration gear from the Seal of the Brave vendor have Recovery... actually "upgrading" to these pieces would result in a massive loss…
I believe the expression you may be looking for is "a walk in the park", as in a nice casual affair. :) Item level, as mentioned above, is only part of the equation, the players themselves are more significant than the gear they are wearing! :)
The latest patch would have been when they added support for the keyboard lighting schemes. Can you just disable the SDK option, if you have one, or some other keyboard driver setting? The game is talking to your keyboard in some way, otherwise it couldn't control the lights at all! :)
I do believe your keyboard driver itself has a way to disable this effect... although, I do agree, it is pretty bad of them not to include a way in the game itself to disable such effects. Over on this thread one of the devs stated: Users of certain Corsair keyboards with contextual lighting can now use the command…
My partner and I got the Dragonborn Legend pack pre-Mod12... I used my Race Reroll token, however, my partner did not. The character select screen button for Race Reroll does not give her the option to do so, it is dimmed out due to not enough Zen.
I know, this was so annoying... I had a lot of P. Wards and 10 Silver Ticket enchants to buy and found it crazy that the 5 Silver Ticket enchants had sliders but none of the other items did... why?
Part of the problem with any 3rd party controller software is it will be converting your analog controller movements into digital keypresses... so until there is native controller support the 3rd party software will never be able to match the smoothness one would expect from a controller! :( Hmm, given how Neverwinter uses…
It does seem odd that the other Cryptic properties have native controller support but NWO does not... especially now that NWO is actually on gaming platforms that use controllers specifically. Have there ever been any indication from any devs about the status of adding controller support to NWO?
Everything in this game can be paid for with time instead of money. Zen, the currency bought with real-life money, can be directly converted to and from Astral Diamonds, the in-game currency. You really only need to spend money if you want to get Astral Diamonds and/or Zen faster, and therefore packs or other in-game items…
I don't use either, I also just run Neverwinter.exe As to the "platform" definition, I never specified "system platform" or "game platform" when I used the word "platform". Steam is a platform for games, they provide a number of services, including API's and leaderboards for the games they support, much as the Xbox and PS…
http://store.steampowered.com/about/ What does it say there: Steam, the Ultimate Online Game Platform in the title, and Welcome to Steam, the Ultimate Entertainment Platform right there on the page. I guess if Steam calls itself a platform who am I to argue? ;)
Also, Arc runs in the system tray, and if you close it while another Arc game is running it will looks like it has quit but actually leaves behind some processes to support the running game. If you follow micky1p00's instructions above by killing any and all 'arc' processes via Task Manager you should be able to proceed.…
Wow, I knew they were rare... I didn't know they were potentially this rare. I guess I hit the jackpot a couple days ago when I got two +5's to drop from PoM in a row. +5 Rising Focus (for my OP) and +5 Rising Precision (for my GWF). Looks like I hit the ring lottery! :)
So, do do legendary pets now gain an active bonus greater than the epic level? For example, say a pet gets a 2% bonus to some stat for green, 3% for uncommon, and 5% for epic. Typically when upgraded to legendary that bonus would just stay at 5% because of the 15% stat bonus you gain. Now that each new legendary grants…
Just be aware that in dungeons your fellow party members may not appreciate your choice of enchants... it just depends on the party and the dungeon being run! ;)
Lightning is a fun enchant, but be warned that the lightning jumps a LONG way between targets. It is a literal "add magnet" especially in dungeons... it can make it hard to control mobs when that is a requirement. Personally I am using a T.Vorpal on my GWF currently. :)
Sorry, but these items have no practical use at all in-game. Yes, they may be held onto by players for nostalgic reasons, but that doesn't mean they are useful items. Other than players wishing to reminisce about the past what other uses could items like these possibly have? The recipes that used them are gone so the only…
Nifty, thanks for the confirmation... can't wait for Mod 12 to check out the new area. Or, I guess since I did download 6.5gb I could just log into the test server! ;)
