Is it possible to get a forum layout for this build similar to say Luna's TR Build Guide?

Pet is NOT generally a part of ranger class - only Salvatore and his fanboys made a big thing of this. Ranger is almost always a nature-focused hybrid striker(meaning melee/ranged with some nature spells). Pets were never a core component of ranger.

This depends on class - which you neglected to mention in your title or your post. So for say trickster rogue, take the above and: Scratch Defense and Deflection, and get 3:2 ratio of lifesteal and recovery instead. Launcher isnt the only issue - if you managed to patch earlier, and you direct-launch gameclient.exe - it times out when connecting to the account server.

I'd say 10/15/20/25/more? player raids would be the way to go, especially if players are allowed to create raids in Foundry. As for rewarding everybody - Cryptic already does this with dungeons(everybody gets a few seals at the end of the dungeon) so I don't see why it wouldn't be the same with raids. Giving an open-ended…
