• It sounds like the campaign system is essentially more content. As you complete more quests, earn more items, more content (areas/dungeons/skirmishes?) become available to the character.

• My first character was a halfling (the class) in '81 or '82? Eventually converted to a halfling thief, killed by Asberdies.
