If you want to change the color of your cape you need to apply the dye pack on the cape (i.e. the Neck-Item) and not on your armor.

You better yell at them. Right now if you queue for SH PvP your character will get stuck without any way to get out of the corruption cycle (map loads, game crashes, log back in, map loads, game crashes and so on).
