Many places on Chult patrols (BOTH; shoshenstar and OMU), enemies are standinf on top of rough terrain; on such situation one or multiple of those enemies are "hidden", thus cannot be targeted, no AoE spell hits. Only way to fix such issue is to run away far enough, that enemy follows and lands to common ground.

No idea of drop rate of those fangs, but let me still tell something as general about drops; Today I did almost 4 hours only killing Sun Bears at OMU. Campaing keys generation changed on mod13, you get key immediate (or after 10 seconds cannot recall for sure), and you cannot activate that again untill timer goes down. I haven't had any issue with this, I activate campaing task, get key/keys and timer starts to run.
Sounds pretty much lag issue (I notice excat this kind of behaviur, if my linespeed drops really low), have you checkd your network when this happens ?
Campaing advancement OMU Trickster Gods states, it add new items to campaing store, but I cannot see any difference between my two toons, where one has this task done and another doesn't. Would be really nice to have actual documentation, which items are added after which advancement task done.
TONG should have IL limit 14k or 15k, it is not place for anyone under that. Altought Main reason is classes are broken, so those should be fixed 1st, then dungeons.

Checked this on our Alliance yesterday (PS4) with2 Mysterious Merchants and they definetly have different shop items. One has 2 x boots, other has armor and hand piece. ( too bad that armor costs 30kMarks ...)
