Armor kits

Since yesterdays update, the armor kit I made and added to my chest piece only added +5 to my item level and not +35 this will make a difference for anyone who needs a few extra point :( .

    Few days ago I crafted Major Power Armor Kit and adding it to boots correctly increased item level by 35. Did you use Major kit (+200 to stat)?
