• The percentage does not change when you put in Azures. My xp bonus is 30% but that's because I'm using the xp guild boon. • I got the same message when I logged in, it said that all the quests were out of date... Strangely enough, Ekene-Afa won't give me anymore patrol quests. It doesn't even show the wait period until I can get them again they're completely not even showing.

• I am unable to load my character. Basically the loading bar at the bottom of the screen loads to 90% and then freezes. The upper-left hand of my screen that says, "Patching", where it shows the little radial symbol that shows the progress of the patching halts completely as well.

• Literally did everything in the book, I keep getting the "Trying to update the launcher, please wait" I wait until it keeps attempting to do its thing until it times out and gives me an error. I know it isn't my IP so.... please get rid of the launcher I am completely unable to log in.
