Azures not working on utility slots

Azures on utility slots are not giving xp bonus. My XP bonus percentage stat doesn't change when I slot in azure enchantments on utility slots. I'm leveling up a toon because of 2x exp and I have azures in my utility slots, my XP bonus is at 0%. I mean I have 30%, but that's because I'm using the exp boon to lvl up faster. I've used azures on utility slots before during double xp events in the past and I've seen that xp bonus % way higher with over 150%. Just giving you folks a heads up.

    As far as I can tell Azure for utility slots work. All my toon (12 of them) have a 2nd XP loadout with all 5 to 6 utility slots filled with Azure. What it does not work at the moment is insignia. Since I switch loadout often, may be you can try to remove the gear and put it back to see if that makes any difference.

    The percentage does not change when you put in Azures. My xp bonus is 30% but that's because I'm using the xp guild boon. However with 5 rank 14 Azure enchantments on all my utility slots I should have a lot more than that. It is without a doubt definitely broken, you are mistaken I have tried everything. Look at your exp bonus % and see for yourself.

    It changes for me. The character I tried has 125% XP bonus (if insignia works, it would have 175%). I take out one piece of gear. It becomes 112%. I am very sensitive with XP bonus because this is more or less my major rAD income.

    I don't know why mines is stuck at 30% this is irritating

    My wife and I are having the same issue. Oddly enough, it only appears to be happening on newer characters that were made after the Ravenloft stuff went live. All our older characters have no issues.

    Did you use insignias of Prosperity in your mount stable ? Azures in utility works for me but it's a reported bug that insignias of prosperity are not giving the XP bonus.

    I have three characters created after July 6th where Azure's greater than rank 8 will not add any xp %. Rank 8 and below add the correct bonus.

    For us, neither work. Only seeing the boost for the Inscribed Garments (+20%) no matter if we have Azures in the Utility slots or not. And for us, even the rank 7 ones do not seem to work.

    I tested some more while leveling a character from 30 to 70 using tomes of experience. As I leveled up, higher ranks of azures would work. Once I hit 70, all ranks worked correctly. This was done on a character made July 6th.
