Turns out what is happening is that my CPU usage for this game spikes to 100% for a few seconds at a time randomly. It can be anywhere from minutes to hours apart. This just started with the .21 patch. Is any dev even looking at these forums?

Honestly, the CW is too strong if anything. You can CC lock any boss you like as long as you don't waste your CC when they are immune.
