FPS Drops to 0 randomly with newest patch may 12th, 2013

AMD FX 8350, 16GB ram, AMD 7850.

I have never had any any fps issues in the game, and nothing has changed between now and yesterday on my PC. It happens in town, in play, it doesn't matter. I have the newest drivers, etc. Anything I can do about it, or do I have to wait for another patch to fix it?

    Turns out what is happening is that my CPU usage for this game spikes to 100% for a few seconds at a time randomly. It can be anywhere from minutes to hours apart. This just started with the .21 patch. Is any dev even looking at these forums?
