Bumping this. Seems this person had a similar issue to mine. Please someone tell me what is going on? Having some character wiped without even a idea is just plain frustrating.

After the update my 56GF and 22TR just vanished from my main account. ... What is going on?

I am facing a similar situation, my 56GF and 20ish TR just vanished from my character selection. This is really frustrating. I was planning to hit 60 today and have some fun this week end and now this. I hope they solve the issue as soon as possible.
