Check out Grievance. We have a real life get together every June. This year we rented and 18000 square foot mansion. We also have 4 days of events. They should have been banned at the time for the exploit then not something else. This wide screen net hit a lot of players who play within their rules. I opened 8193 boxes on 27 toons yesterday to prepare for double refinement! I got 4 Gmop. That is a very good sample size for a fairly accurate drop rate. that drop rate is .048% chance! I would call it a .05% chance to drop it. Not a fantastic chance but hey they are free!
