Not sure what happened, maybe user error... I logged today. Notice competed quest ready to complete in YP, didn't see it the day before. Completed it. Later tied corruptions to see if I'd get drops. I received plenty of drops, multiple colors. So looks like it's fixed.

I've run over 10 runic corruptions, maybe more than 20, during the last day or so and received zero resonance. The biggest issue I see with scaling is it hurts the players with less knowledge and skill. I base this on my belief, generally speaking, item level and stats bridges the gap between high skill/low item level and low skill/high item level.
