I finally found the effing problem. Its under the expanded graphics menu where is written above "that these settings may not change the quality of your game experience" And it has a slider for World Texture Details and Character Details which was both set to 77%. Setting them to the max (200%) fixed the problem.

thanks for the tipp. I personally aware that my graphic cards driver (AMD) is out dated but the last time I updated it half of my games won't start so I rolled back. Maybe this time the new drivers will work. I will try it out and report.
Tested the jump/fly ability in the IG Skirmish. I could float above AOEs and wasn't influenced by it. Same with the monsters, they didn't block my path.

That would mean the engine doesn't support jump and falling down stuff including falling damage. And the falling damage doesn't include the time "in the air" (animation, like in some other games). Also there are already effects in the game that let you fall slower. For example the "magical dust pillars" in spellplague.
I don't mean getting rid of fall damage, more what tripsofthrymr said. Basically falling slower down and allowed to maneuver better while falling. Could also be used in future modules. Like puzzle jumps.

The Server is not stable. People get constantly disconnected while doing HE's, Dungeons, Skirmishs and simply standing in PE or participating in the Siege Event. Please fix it fast. Edit: Basically whole instances crash and kick out the players.

I wear a greater feytouched enchantments as weapon enchantment and a normal Bark Shield Enchantment as armor enchantment. Edit: Doing at the moment daily in RD and lose immediatly aggro by undead hulks to my Lillend (heals at max 8K + very little damage) while I cut away 30-50% of their health. Still no aggro on me.
