Sometimes I cannot run at the split second the red circle appears. I might be in the middle of an attack animation. When that happens, I don't have time to run, and block does no good.

I feel ya. I have yet to complete this dungeon with a PUG group. Still trying to complete my tier set. Having DD at 10,11,or 12pm doesn't help much either, lol. Not being able to guard against the breath attack seems ... wrong I might start looking for a new guild, as mine doesn't run a lot of epic dungeons together...

Isn't there something like this already implemented? The only difference being you can only buy tier equivalent gear, not actual set pieces.

Ahhh... so the in-game meter is inflating my GS based on my spec choice... awsome =P On a side note. The blue drops from the elf area seem to be of a higher quality.

Using this description, I would still argue that when you select the epic version of a dungeon, your character fits in the level range of that version of the dungeon, else it would not drop level 60 gear. You use the Arc launcher? I located the neverwinter launcher in program files and created a shortcut on my desktop. I now have to type in my password every time.
