it's all dual-stat enchantments, yes. as far as I can tell, it's a cosmetic bug only - they won't show up on your companions, or in item comparisons, but they ARE adding stats. to test, I added one to an Ioun stone - it didn't show up on that companion's stats, but I think it did seem to be adding to my stats correctly…
I get the same problem with my female half-orc character - tusks that show through masks, etc. as beckylunatic says, I just end up disabling all head item graphics anyway.
I liked how the level balancing worked - that hasn't really been mentioned much, but I think it deserves to be credited. the skins on the Ioun Stone of Allure - at least, the first two, which is all I've unlocked so far - change the colour of the trail from grey to blue; the actual stone doesn't change appearance. edit: actually, I think it does change appearance a little - slightly larger and bluer, I think - it's hard to tell.

I'd love this event (or a derivative of this event) to become semi-permanent, perhaps at a table in the Moonstone Mask or similar. Also, the voice acting is superb - the best part being Respen's Dryad voice (sadly, this one is easily missed).
