We are alot of obsessed with pvp even here too, it's a great thing you found here . I hope our poeple will made something like that here too . In Pure Stat, this topic make it pretty clear , indeed T2 Set PvP is better for Burst . Nevertheless , if you add all procs you can get from Corrupted black ice set ...i'm not sure the math are the same .

In my opinion the Tenacity as it is Right now is not what we need . More than that, this tenacity is a bad thing . Reduce Damage from Crit and Armor Penetration ....
