I spent hours last night with a really helpful staff member just to log in and be told I cannot play right now. I paid sixty dollars I should at least be able to access the game.
I get that people need a day off once in a while, but I probably wouldn't sell a product advertising weekend access only to provide no support for it all the while happy to take the money.
It seems like correcting a jpg file wouldn't be a huge undertaking. I'm a little frustrated at this point. I wish I would not have paid sixty bucks to get an error screen all day and no response from anyone.
