Figured as much. =) Still, it can stop, I am watching the speeds with NetBalancer. I've had to restart it 3 times but the problem seems to be gone.

I think they just patched the problem. I shut down my launcher and it patched itself when restarting, and I have high download speeds again. I suggest you try the same.

Speeds are improving ever so slowly. I've gone from a 15kB/s average to 45kB/s in the last 10 minutes. Still painfully slow, but getting better.

Average speed for process Neverwinter.exe is around 15kB/s, so that's about 14 hours until playable. This is not how to do patch day. =)

This mess has nothing to do with configuration, at least on the users end. It would seem the whole update server has gone down now, launcher froze and refuses to reconnect at all.

Somehow even the Gateway refuses to work. Awfully close to release to be having these kinds of issues. I've managed to receive 12/791m in the last 15 minutes so playing today is probably not a realistic choice.

At current speeds I calculate patching will be done shortly after the game is released. First 30% came alright, then it just stopped. I haven't seen any movement in the % for the last 10 minutes.

Hold shift while dragging from a stack to an empty space and you can divide it. There is also a list of channels that people use somewhere in the Wiki, some more active than others. NWRP for example is quite active.

IMO You are tweaking a class that needs an overhaul. This will not improve GWFs endgame life that much. At least the GF got a better deal. FYI: There are now patch notes for the balance patch here. It would seem many of the issues mentioned in this thread and elsewhere have been fixed. Just speculation, but could be they will test the new patch before going live on the 20th. My guess is one week before that or so. I hope sooner, GWF really needs some changes.
