What I find funny is people saying shift away - well guess what, other classes can shift away from your spells, too. It's no real advantage to be able to do so if the enemy can do it too. In addition, a good enemy will just make you waste your shifts and then come for you for real.
But that is the thing, we are the control class, but it's made useless and on top other classes have just as good control (knock down, silence). That is what is annoying me.
Then take away control from other classes. Knock down, silence, on the melee classes and now a huge deal more damage than nerfed CW means in PvP "crowd" control CW will be useless - there is no crowd to control. It will work in dungeons with huge mobs to control them with almost perma AS but that won't work in PvP.
DD is pretty much the only time I run dungeons. What's the point of running if chances are low you get an item at all if you run outside DD event? I have a pretty flexible day, so I check when DD is on and just run then. Tbh 1 DD event a day is the most time I can spend anyway playing. Maybe 2 if I am lazy. Why would I run…
Yea this, I kind of new you could roll again, but I had no idea how it works and since I was a CW and received what I thought was a quite high INT on my first roll, I thought great, let's go for it.
Tbh I don't really care about my friends character, he is levelling a cleric anyway now, which is much nicer to go together in a queue than the GWF that got permabanned. I was just thinking about the recent AH exploits.
Just like people saying you can dodge the rogues daily here, I would like to point out that you can also dodge CW's abilities. What comes around goes around. The fact of the matter is a rogue can sneak up on you invisible deal damage, then silence you for another 5 seconds or whatever and you're dead by then. Yea sure if…
Maybe it's not a bug, but has anyone noticed that there is delay in spells? I mean for example you are using MM on LMB and then press tab as soon as it's up - it will take noticeable time before the spell is set in motion. On top of that, all spells, not just Ray of Enfeeblement which is said is a "cast", seem to be cast…
I prioritize crit (have around 30% even though I was a nap and didn't put 3 points in the crit feat, weapons mastery I think it's called) and then armor pen and then power. Out of my last 10 dungeons/skirmishes, I had top damage in 9 of them and 2nd damage in 1. In PvP I fare not as good, but I am usually within the top 3…
You know how for the spell mastery there is an icon in the powers section, and it becomes green when you unlock it? Well there is another one that seems to unlock when you spend have "all the preceding powers at rank 3", It doesn't say what it does, is it worth ranking up all the other spells?
