Not sure if it is the same or not but I can't even get the Launcher to connect. I get trying to connect (5 times) Then it tells me there is a connection problem. My internet is fine, it is just cryptic that is the problem as STO has the same issue...I'm in Canada...that seems to have been the issue a few times.

Thanks for the help. My search-fu is sadly lacking, the work around didn't seem to work for me though...I am comforted that I am not alone in this issue...sort of...

Not sure if this is related or not but since "fixing" the no text bug by changing keyboard settings (changed canada english to us english) I am unable to change keybindings. ie: Trying to swap daily powers to 4&5 and Item Tray to 1,2&3 results in both daily powers and item tray set for 1 & 2...so it seems that replacing a…

Same here, it seems to be a cryptic thing as I cannot even log into either STO or CO. But it is isolated as I am watching a stream on twitch. I am in Canada (Ontario) the stream is from Florida.

My launcher opens to a white screen...hangs for a while then opens an internet explorer window res://ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff_webOC.htm (I don't use IE so...) The same seems to happen with STO and Champions, I have no other connection issues. I'm from Canada too.

I'm having the same issue...in STO, Champions, and Neverwinter. Every other game works fine with the D-pad. But cryptic games don't seem to like the Nostromo.
