I like the idea that reaping strike could be a hit cap less at will. It is really the only at-will you can get away with doing that on. But the charge time is ridiculous You would need to add CC immunity while charging so you caould actually use the move in dungeons.
Gwf need alot mor ethan this change to make them viable in parties. The class needs to be completely redone. But a theme of party support and damage buffs all around is a good way to go.
Yes touch Daring shout. In fact buff the **** out of that useless skill. Daring shout is a tank skill, that makes no threat and only buffs the GWF who uses it in defense and unstoppable. Two defense moves that mean nothing without the threat to back it up. And yet Cryptic wants to reduce Slam threat by 60%? Shame on them…
