• I have seen this issue with the Gateway but not in the game, send a bug report in game, post a tweet, along with posting in forums to get the information to them quicker.

• Guess you have not played any other mmo's....even when the game goes live there will be a beta testing server where people can help test out new content/classes/races/etc, it is that way in every mmo.

• Join a guild and only do runs with them...your que times will disappear your ninja looters will disappear....you see where I am going with this? I never understood why people don't want to make friends and join guilds in mmo's...that is what they are about after all.
