I'm having the same issue on Xbox One.

I had the same problem. I think one of the updates screwed this up so that it's set to all characters instead of 2, assuming you have more than 3 characters you'll need to get the 4th onward to 60 as well to unlock this. If it's the same as what happened to me at least.

Submitted a ticket and they sent me back here. Any chance this will get corrected before x2 refinement next week, if ever?

Managed to get it on the paladin in my third character slot and the achievement unlocked. So I had to do it on two characters, not one as the description states.

Still no developments. Tried putting in a ticket, got my arc points synced lol but as for this achievement I was told to do what I did here... I guess I'll try and get carried through CN on an alt and hope for ceiling kills...

I finally got them today. After I got another assault pair of boots I had a wacky idea that maybe the type of boots I was wearing had something to do with it. I put my elemental dragonflight raid boots into the bank and put on my Dusk Assault boots, when I finally got boots again they were the raid ones. It would be weird…
