Dancing on the Ceiling Achievement glitched

Let's try this again...
So I opened a ticket with support on this issue, 170103-002372, and they sent me here.
I don't believe this is reproducible as I have not seen anyone else with this issue, unlike with the Two Characters at 60 achievement which did not unlock until I got three characters to 60.
In any event, I killed Cthylar on the ceiling five times on my main character, the in game journal acknowledges this, yet I did not get the XBOX Achievement for doing so. I took a screenshot of the journal showing it, you can check my gamertag Breadly Weapon and see I did not get the achievement.

Please fix this. I am trying to do it again on one of my alt's but it's a 2.2 OP I really don't care about, and I shouldn't have to do that, plus of course there is no guarantee it will correct the issue.
