Well I went into the settings in game and reset the gameplay settings and it seems to have helped.

Since it only does it on one character is there a way to reset the mouse settings on a character?

I went into mouse properties and i don't see a reset to default option, although I have never changed any of these settings anyways.

Gwf and I was using sure strike and wms but I tried others and nothing would repeat on only the one character. I tried the same skills on another gwf and didn't have the issue.

I might do that later when I get on but I was the top dps in all group content I did almost every single time. Like every dungeon i usually did, demogorgon and tiamat. I usually even did more damage then people with way higher gear score, even if they were GWF's to. So thats why I didn't understand why people said to use…

Ok for the Elemental set i'm having trouble finding where its at, I see the Eternal Set for 20k for each piece if that's what you mean.
