• I had the exact same issue, also with the shirt. Removed my enchantment, which was also a Black Ice enchantment (R9) and immediately my Everfrost resistance rose by 5%. Reslotted the enchantment and all was good.

• Yup me too. Already submitted two tickets and have only received the standard reboot your router type response. I don't see how it can be that though as I can login successfully (you can test by typing in wrong password and it connects to server then rejects password). It just times out out before retrieving characters.…

• Why not rather tell us that we have been awarded a gift and it's waiting at the Rewards Agent instead of issuing a redeemable code? That way you've already limited it to players with active accounts and rendered creating new accounts to redeem a code pointless.
