Everfrost Reinforcement Kit not granting increased Everfrost resistance when applied from a stack.

I bought two of the kids, reinforced my current pants/shirt with them, and noticed that instead of the expected 11% EF resist I only had 8%. Upon further investigation I found that the shirt, while showing the reinforced tooltip, was not adding the resistance to the character sheet.

Repro steps
1. Buy 2 Everfrost Resistance Reinforcement kits (they stack in inventory).
2. Unequip shirt/pants.
3. Click on stack of Reinforcement kits, apply to pants. Selector is still active, apply to shirt.
4. Re-equip. Shirt does not grant the EF resist on the character sheet.
5. Bought a 3rd kit to attempt to reapply to shirt. Shirt will not accept it, already has one slotted.

I do not yet have enough to enter FBI, hopefully will be able to next week after finals, at which point I will manipulate the EF resist I have on character sheet to see if it is just a bug on the sheet or if it really does not count it for entrance reqs. Will update at that time.

During troubleshooting I removed the enchantment and reslotted it. and the bug fixed itself. It was a Black Ice 10 enchant, so it is possible that I missed unslotting and reslotting that one when Mod 10 came out. Either way, issue resolved.

I had the exact same issue, also with the shirt. Removed my enchantment, which was also a Black Ice enchantment (R9) and immediately my Everfrost resistance rose by 5%. Reslotted the enchantment and all was good.
