You're in the same boat as everyone else, tons of us got banned but no reason was given. Did you have many characters? Were you claiming parcels on all of them?

53 characters here, collecting all parcels manually and not even invoking because who has time to invoke six times a day when you're collecting 53 parcels. Also got the 7 day ban.

Hard to know if it's going to change when Mod 6 finally drops, but on Preview at least, the profession slots are still unlocked at level 30 and 60 (and at level 3, 10, and 20 for profession level unlocked slots).
