Just a friendly "bump" here to let people know that there is a place to post up Foundry content reviews. See OP, or https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1hJk-zx4CUq28hc5UyuF3oVP7ArkKC0y62XG06LobsE0/viewform
Hey all, feel free to use this site/form to log your reviews in a unified repository. It's just getting started, and pretty basic, but might be helpful. Let me know if it is or isn't. Thanks. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1hJk-zx4CUq28hc5UyuF3oVP7ArkKC0y62XG06LobsE0/viewform

That is definitely something that would help. As a player right now (and hopefully an author in time), it would be nice to be able to jump on to a site and do an "advanced search" on content. So, for example, I want all Foundry missions that are #puzzle heavy (ie. rating of 3+ in Puzzles) and an overall review average of…
Great thread! Thanks for the awesome organization. I know it must take a lot of work, so it's appreciated. I scanned the list, and I didn't see a request that they allow more than one author to work on campaigns/missions together. I think that would make this tool even more powerful!
Great site! I'd love to see a searchable database of Foundry content with reviews/ratings just like the ones you are doing here. It would make that site my first stop before going into game and deciding which mission to play next. Ideally, the site would allow others to submit review data to the database so that there are…
Thanks so much for pointing this out for us Neverwinter folks!! The part that covers the Foundry starts at about 38 minutes in ... not that the rest isn't also very entertaining and well done; just for those on a time constraint that want to see the Foundry related content ... that's where to look!
If you have a look in this thread, @iamtruthseeker outlines how servers are handled in a fairly detailed way. I suspect this will answer your question, but if it doesn't, post back what it doesn't answer. It's likely that if not in that FAQ, it's information that is not yet available. Hope this helps PS: Search for the…
Surf needs to count himself lucky that his wife is willing to game with him! Hopefully some day my wife will agree to play something other than the iPad games she so enjoys! Welcome, Mrs. Surf, and welcome to you, too, Ruik!
I appreciate your perspective, but for me, grind is bad. When all I have left to do in a game is do something repetitive so that I can get an upgrade to some gear or some such, that's when I call it quits in a game. I know I am probably a minority, but I do represent some portion of the population. I will always prefer…
I agree with the previous poster ... the Grind stuff gets added to try and keep the players who rush to the "end game" happy. It's all about keeping them engaged longer, and in a F2P mindset, long enough to keep them spending $. It's not a bad thing. I think it just means that, as a player, you need to decide if you want…
Yeah I was talking about the Guild in general. I actually missed the fact that you had a link in your post to a Neverwinter specific chapter. I'll register and check it out.
It's most likely that Beta has not actually started yet. One of these invites will be when Beta opens, at which point you will be able to access the following page http://nw.perfectworld.com/download and be able to dl the client, log in and play, I assume. See @iamtruthseeker 's FAQ here for more details regarding Beta
That guild seems HUGE! I am use to really little itty bitty Guilds (other than Old Timer's Guild in some games). It looks more console focused, or, is that just my first impression?
