Please tell me that enemies in DR, Sharandar, WoD and IWD is included here.
About people with VIP who can not use the benefits (my case), this will be fixed?

Yeah, so, they didn't adjust any of the campaign zone difficulty issues?
I mean, it's good that people can level their toons and all but for those of us that are already level 70, the campaign zones are where things are at their most frustrating ...
Whatever was done to the game system, mine now crashes when minimized or just refuses to maximize. I can still play this game for now, but just FYI, there are a lot more people like myself who get to the point we no longer submit tickets, no longer talk on forums... why? Just look around you. I stopped playing Rift because they kept ignoring major graphics issues and I don't get on the forums to rant about free games. There are plenty of fish in the sea.

and any fix for sets (lv70) of the guild being used at level 10? last time i see a OP in pvp (lv12) with 90k HP and 8k power and 8k defense.. 180% damage and 60% damage resistence lol
this is a bug or no?

I assume they did this because they wanted to close the gap between people who enter low level PVP's with set of rank 12 enchantments but then those guild mark requirement for those sets are too high.No new player can buy them

I assume enemy above 70 is still as tough as before the patch. Right?

Domination PvP will more reliably wait for a full teams before starting the match. This event will be reactivated.

Do you mean that Dragonflight will be reactivated or something related to PvP?
What is in this patch and what was in the "Difficulty and leveling Speed" message aren't the same. Although the Elemental evil portion, and things that involve level 61-70 mobs are in there, some things in the message are not. The ones most people have been harping on since the MOD 6 train wreck. To whit:
Where is this? > "Enemies in the endgame campaign zones (Icewind Dale, Sharandar, etc.) have had most of their HP buff removed. We still wanted a slight difficulty increase in these endgame zones, but the numbers we were using previously were definitely too high."
This doesn't say 61 to 70. It says 61+ > "The amount of damage enemies do has been further reduced from critters level 61+. We reduced the damage critters dish out a number of weeks ago, but we went ahead and dropped their damage down even further."
There were a lot of happy campers thinking somebody had finally listened about the campaign zones. All I see mentioned in the patch notes is Elemental Evil. Perhaps somebody could enlighten us? Is that just an error in the text of the patch or is there no change to the campaign zones per the message? inquiring minds want to know.

Love the patch so far.................................................. But,
Could we please have some confirmation in relation to the statements made about the difficulty changes versus the current patch notes for the campaign zones:
"Enemies in the endgame campaign zones (Icewind Dale, Sharandar, etc.) have had most of their HP buff removed"
and
"The amount of damage enemies do has been further reduced from critters level 61+"
it's this sort of stuff that really leads to distrust.
if the answer is "we are still tuning it and it'll be out in the next patch" just let us know and all the hassle and angst goes away ( just make sure you deliver it in the next patch )

I agree with you sir
There are some enemies on Elemental Evil zones! that needs more Nerf on HP and much more! on Endgame Campaigns like! Dread ring, sharandar! 70-73 enemies are too hard! to kill! please nerf on damage and HP
Glad to hear that you've taken some feedback and made some needed changes!
I was holding out hope that much of the slow response regarding difficulty adjustments was caused mostly by the dev team just being too busy trying to wrap up Strongholds and ship it--I know how that goes as a professional who manages development projects.
People are raising some valid questions about the scope of this update and future updates, which will hopefully be answered soon. But, I'm taking this patch to be a strong indicator that our concerns are not going unheard. And, with that, you are well on your way to earning my support as a paying player.

Totally agree. Posted a similar question in the preview patch notes thread, but that seems to be purposely ignored (questions before and after my post were answered, mine and other similar questions werent), though it seems a normal and legit question to me when comparing http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/news/detail/9502353 and
I can only say NO they arent, unless not mentioned in the patch notes, just 1/5th is in place.
Either way any update will be appreciated, be it "yes they are updated as well, just not mentioned", "no they aren't but will be soon" or "I spoke too soon / we decided not to", just end the uncertainty please.
indeed. I also want to know what the hell is with the lvl 70-73 monsters?
how is that not considered a priority?! the dungeons and endgame areas are basically unplayable for months now and you choose to remove it from the patch?!
give some explanation and it better be good

EE areas affect only eh? Yeah, cause that's endgame and people were most concerned over....
Nice that you lifted a wall to level 70, but the level 70 wall remains.
I really don't see why people are asking if this involved level 73 mobs, it clearly states "Enemies from levels 61 through 70"
Uhm..... Might just be that "the updates to leveling speed and difficulty" Andy mentioned refers to his newsflashfrom one week ago: http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/news/detail/9502353 where they ARE specifically mentioned, and now they are nowhere to be seen?
Cant speak for anyone else on the difficulty matter ofc, but imho EE wasnt in much need of a diffifulty fix, as even my weakest character atm (SW, for obvious reasons ) can solo Spinward Rise easily.
Nor do i see many request to tone down EE zones apart from the insane amount of vigilance quests. The "real" endgame campaigns on the other hand fill pages and pages on the forum, so perhaps a lot of people hope more for a promised fix in those zones... (along with last weeks promise to finetune those as well)
Great start on game difficulty! This was definitely justified. Can't wait to see how the lvl71-73 mobs' difficulty gets affected later! Keep up the good work.
Oh, and you know, class balance would be nice and all, but eh... priorities. This is great.

Strum, can you confirm whether or not the difficulty changes apply to lvl 71-73 creatures? Thanks.
I am just making you aware of an issue. Thanks.
