Please tone down EE campaign Mobs, speaking as a new player and a OP tank. The amount of time it takes to kill them is ridiculous. Andy @strumslinger , Will you please look into this. thanks.
I really don't see why people are asking if this involved level 73 mobs, it clearly states "Enemies from levels 61 through 70"
Uhm..... Might just be that "the updates to leveling speed and difficulty" Andy mentioned refers to his newsflashfrom one week ago: http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/news/detail/9502353 where they ARE specifically mentioned, and now they are nowhere to be seen?
Cant speak for anyone else on the difficulty matter ofc, but imho EE wasnt in much need of a diffifulty fix, as even my weakest character atm (SW, for obvious reasons ) can solo Spinward Rise easily.
Nor do i see many request to tone down EE zones apart from the insane amount of vigilance quests. The "real" endgame campaigns on the other hand fill pages and pages on the forum, so perhaps a lot of people hope more for a promised fix in those zones... (along with last weeks promise to finetune those as well)
I can only speak to what I've seen for difficulty. I play an HR, and my original spec was archer, I couldn't go anywhere without a party once I hit level 60. By the time I got to 70, I could solo the EE HAMSTER, not that I wanted to be in there..ugh vigi quests. I ended up respecing to a trapper, and even the lvl 73 mobs aren't so difficult. I've recently begun soloing the smaller HEs in IWD (barbarian ambushes), so my view of the difficulty is skewed
I know many of my guildies struggle for the 60-70 run, but I've had to hang with most of them to do their dailies in places like WoD and IWD.
Yeah it would be nice to have less lvl 73 mobs, but if not, I'd like to see more of a reward from them. They are still tough and I'm getting HAMSTER.
Which is stating:
Enemies in the endgame campaign zones (Icewind Dale, Sharandar, etc.) have had most of their HP buff removed.
We still wanted a slight difficulty increase in these endgame zones, but the numbers we were using previously were definitely too high.
The bosses and mini-bosses were never given an HP boost, and that still remains true.

•The amount of damage enemies do has been further reduced from critters level 61+. "
And now people are just wondering if this is actually included and just not noted...or was this part overlooked. And if overlooked when if at anytime will this be adjusted or patched for.
Also something to add to the list is professions nodes are still giving HAMSTER items in the end game campaigns. Rank 3 for level 71+ area? Really?
Hey everyone, sorry for the confusion, one of the patch notes about the difficulty adjustments did not make it into the post and it looks like that caused a lot of confusion. Andy's gone ahead and updated the post:
Enemies from levels 71+ have had their Hit Points reduced slightly, this includes campaign zones and dungeons.
I also wanted to let you all know that we are still investigating the VIP issue, here is my response from yesterday from a separate thread on the issue.
I just wanted to let you all know that we are still actively investigating this issue. Graalx3 mentioned the investigation in this post in the bug forums earlier this week.
We are looking into this issue. Could you make sure that there is an empty slot available in your inventory when you try to claim your daily reward. This has solved the issue for some people.
We are aware that in many cases this problem persists regardless of inventory space and are working on identifying the underlying cause. Unfortunately tomorrow's patch will not resolve this issue, but we are working to have it resolved as soon as possible.
In regards to issue where your client is crashing or unable to start, we made a number of optimizations and fixes that should have alleviated this issue for many users. If you're continuing to experience these issues after today's patch, please continue to post as much information as possible about your individual issue on the bug reports forum. We thank you for your continued patience and apologize for any inconvenience these issues have caused.

ditto that.
Mainly they are asking due to this quote from here: arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/news/detail/9502353
