transcendant lighting

Anyone know if the tooltip is right? At pure you get 28% weapon damage with 100% chance to chain. At trans you get 7% weapon damage with 100%, 33% on single target. its like your getting screwed to upgrade, who would get lightning for single targwt

    the 33% on when there is no chains, haven't tested yet...

    the trans tooltip is just bugged. i did testing and when hitting multiple targets trans does 32% of weapon damage

    Awsome, thanks for that, I was hoping that was the case, lighting has alway's been my favorite since beta.
