lvl 70 artifact belts

I just opened up 223 herald HE rewards on preview and got 7 lvl 70 belts to drop.

    Those are the 6 types I got.

    (I also got 6 greater resonance stones, about 95 lessers, 13 blues, and about 30 minors)

    People complaining about RP yet with those kind of drops it will be much better. With all the paranoia going around it actually looks like things may be better than they are currently.

    If you want. I have tons of RP on the PTR I can refine those up for us to see the stats...

    What level HEs we talking about here? The run of the mill minor ones or majors?

    EDIT: Never mind, he said heralds. So I'm presuming major level HEs.

    I'm guessing the rest of the items should be up soon on preview with updated collections,

    We know of many more artifacts now, main hand + off hand. Greater cloaks, some greater existing belts.
    Valindra set
    Lostmauth set
    Tiamat set

    I wonder if they're going to add artifact ring sets, I would like that :P

    Yes @OP please hook up with ayroux on preview and level some up so we can see how they look at higher levels .

    I'll see about ranking up those belts.

    Here's a rank 35 epic Greater Owlbear belt. All the resonance stones I got from the WoD dragon herald drops by themselves got it up to rank 32.

    rodrant64 could you send me the greater lathander belt at preview please? Then i can rank it up to legendary and post the stats.

    About 220. I caught wind of the changes to HE drops a while ago so I've been doing quite a bit of dragon grinding lol.

    The percentages of greater, blue, lesser and minor stones from the rewards has hung steady with my initial drop. So you can expect to get a lesser resonance stone or better at least half the time from a dragon (and I'd hope from any epic heroic encounter).

    Cool! Looks like they really offer new ways of earning RP. Let's hope dugeon chests will contain RP items too. I only did one heroic dungeon on preview and got the same rewards as on live.

    You might not have to, I'm getting close to legendary.

    edit: never mind, I hadn't gotten the CON belt to drop until just now on my 8th copy.

    The CON belt, if my math's right, should have about 3k HP at legendary.

    Is the preview gateway offline, or my link is broken? can anyone please post the link?

    I ended up with 37 belts out of maybe 2000 dragon rewards, so about a 2% drop rate. I put 34 of them up on the preview AH for 100k each for people to pick up and fool around with.

    Preview gateway has been down for about a week now , none of this new stuff was showing up on there before it went down anyway.

    Gateway test is back for me. It show like in the preview : artifact rank 140 with set bonus & new artifact with place holder icon but cool effect.

    Yeah must have gone back up last night , artifact is quite nice , pvpers gonna nomnomnom on that 200% temporary HP and 40% heal over time ,infact looking at it I'm thinking that artifact is a pvpers wet dream xD

    Looking at the stats vs. ability score bonus with regards to the new stat curves, if you have a lvl 60 belt then it'd be better to just wait until you get the lvl 70 one to the same rank.

    At lvl 70, the HP and damage bonuses even my purple CON belt gives my SW would trump extra stats on a lvl 70 belt if it doesn't have the same CON bonus.
