Shadow of demise and Dot enchant

I noticed that if you're using a plagfire or a bilethorn, Shadow of Demise proc two or more time at the same second on the same target anc actualy deal two or more time the damage.
It is a bug or we can use this?

    It is a bug...

    Also it is the main reason why I do not play as executioner.

    I don't like to win with bugs, skill and ability is more entertaining!

    I know that is a bug, i try to obtain a dev or moderator answer on this.

    Devs don't answer these threads 99.999999% of the time and moderators are community volunteers who are not privy to that kind of information.
