Needless Distractions - Impossible to progress

I have been trying for 2 days to do the quest, but I can't. I just read the mission name and nothing else. Canceling the quest and taking it again gives the same result even switching from "ten towns" to "arcane brotherhood" and back again.

    Group with somebody else whom has the same quest when mission progress seems blocked. If the quest cannot be shared that is okay as it just needs be both people in party have the same quest. This often helps "fix" things. Also check if there's a previous quest to complete before you can accomplish this one. That's all the generic advice I can give here.

    Happens when you reach 200 reputation but have not bothered unlocking Dwarven Valley. Why people do that, I have no frigging clue, but this is what happens.
