Gateway critical hit gives nothing?

I had a crit hit with a D20 for the daily Sword Coast adventure and usually you get some coin or tome of experience etc.

With score 20 you get.... wait for it.... nothing! :)

    Usually a roll of 20 gets three different bags...potions, professions supplies and something else.

    You actually get more than it shows in that window. Have you checked your bags after your roll? It reminds me of the in-game bug where you don't see everything you get from a chest or skill node.

    I didn't get anything special and had already a couple of profession/potion bags in the inventory from doing dungeons. I couldn't tell if I got some more or not.

    Ok, then next time try to check your bags before and after the roll ;)

    They're trying to bring it in line with HE "Great Success" :p

    Sometimes the rewards will show up on a different character than the one you did it with.

    Occasionally the reward doesn't display in the window, but it should be in your bag. I've never had a reward spawn on a different character, but I have occasionally had Gateway get "stuck" on a character while switching professions (name in upper corner does not change though selected character does) and it will load SCA on the character whose name appears on screen rather than the one I thought was selected. In that case, the roll was not done on the character I thought, so that's who got the prize.

    if you roll 20 you get:
    1x Sword Coast Potion Pouch
    1x Sword Coast Profession Bag
    1x Sword Coast Refinement Sack

    those are not found in dungeons, so if you had them in your inventory you actually got your reward from SCA daily bonus.
