Wayyyyy back Seal items were all BoE so I'm guessing it is one of the few left from that time.

What about the ToD campaign? Are they BoE? Not that it would matter if they were or not since it's a waste either way.

Both Drake and Unicorn items used to be BoE (and I wouldn't call it "way" back.... but I guess that's a relative statement ;) ) There's a lot of old items on the AH that you can't get BoE now. They're not special really, just old :)

Being an old BoE item would explain the R5 enchantment. Back then R5s were free to make.

Yeah, just old BoE seal items from before they were made BoP. I had a shield I bought because I thought it would have a unique skin (didn't), sat on for a few months and eventually resold for a small profit.

They're really only beneficial for collecting, if you don't want to just use your own seals for them.

The minor and minor grand accessories you see floating around for ridiculous prices are the same.
