Bonus leveling after 60 no chest

I am lvl 60, yesterday i got my bonus level up (4th one) and after clicking on the "claim your reward" icon, i didn't receive my leveling chest that contains the power points, peridot, 5k Xp. its not much but i would like my power point please. i had plenty of room in my bags (at least 10 free spots scattered between 4 bags). i thought maybe logging out and leaving for a while would maybe make it magically appear in my inventory but no luck.

    you only MIGHT get a power point. Nothing is certain. RNG.

    Power points are not guaranteed every time the bar is filled. Furthermore, you can only gain 20 power points via the experience rewards, at which time your power tree would be completely maxed out anyway. Also, a chest does not appear in your inventory when you click "Claim Reward"--the reward is automatically added to your inventory, if applicable.

    If you touched your spacebar or a movement key or anything like that, you might have closed the reward window before getting a chance to see what was in it. If you got rank 3/4 enchants and you already had some, it'd be easy to not notice a few more.

    Thankyou, i feel like silly now. i guess i must have gotten enchantments as i hadn't refined them at that stage and didn't notice them go into my inventory.
