Should I change my CW and GWF weapon artifacts when Mod 5 comes round?

I just got weapon artifacts for my CW and GWF, and now the new Mod 5 ones are announced.

The SM GWF has the sure strike weapon, and the the Thaum CW has the Chilling Cloud one. So should I keep upgrading them or put everything on hold till the new weapon artifacts (http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?777671-New-artifact-mainhands-and-offhands-%28-exc-GF-sorry-not-got-one-on-preview) come out?

Both weapon artifacts are below level 20 and so not a huge investment of RP. Also I was thinking that the Sure Strike artifact might not be that bad a choice even if there is a new one giving +10% to WMS since my current one will given a small (2.5%) bonus to sure strike for both SM and IV, whichever path is better in future?

I cannot speak for GWF, but for CW, I am planning on sticking with my Chilling Cloud artifact weapon. Both of the CW's paragon specific at-wills kinda suck, really. Storm Pillar is good only if you rely on Destructive Wizardry. And Scorching Burst is good only if you really need it to apply smolder, which means that you aren't using Critical Conflagration, which means you are a bad wizard. :)

Yeah, change them, because of the new off hands set bonus.

This was my initial thought too but someone pointed out that the new off-hands will work with any weapon artifact so my question is still relevant.

For what it's worth I'm sticking with the Chilling cloud one , I am SS so the Flame one is no use and I never use Storm pillar so that isn't any use either , too many feats etc count on me building stacks of chill so I need and use Chilling cloud , I would really love it if they gave the Chilling cloud weapon a damage boost instead of the extra chance to chill xD.

i m not going to re level my weapons to legendary again.
so you know.. i cant just do what the devs tell me to do in every mods.
just because their goal is to make me bankrupt.
mod 6 will probably have super-artifact-weapons and here we go ...screwed one more time

Okay it looks like the Chilling Cloud weapon artifact will still be a good (perhaps the best) chose for a CW even with the new additions. Anyone disagree with this?

For the GWF weapons artifact - is Sure Strike useful for a Iron Vanguard based GWF also? I have only ever played Swordmaster so am not sure about this. If Sure strike is used by IV GWFs, I was thinking that the Sure Strike weapon might be a safe compromise is it is useful for both paths.

My IV GWF always uses Sure Strike and switches her other at-will between Wicked Strike and Threatening Rush.

Thanks for the info - are you following a guide, and if so could you link it please?

If this is your own build, how competitive is your DPS compared to other GWFs?

Haha, considering that right now her rotation revolves around Come and Get It and Daring Shout feated with Intimidation, the DPS is fine. I built her as a tank, but I'll take the damage for as long as it lasts. (Intimidation will be reduced to deal a max of 35% of power as damage instead of 50%, which still "feels" pretty good on preview.)

I'm not following anyone's build, but the feats look like this
