BUG - Quest : Miner Settlement in Icespire

Unable to complete this quest "Miner Settlement" in Icespire . Quest sends you to talk to Hazrah Stormhammer but he has nothing for you.

    Yep, same here. I can't complete "common cause" due to Miner Settlement which is bugged. Miners are not active and i can not pick up any necklaces.

    You probably went on one of the days he had Fix Your Wagon instead. These quests rotate, so if you don't do your Common Cause on the same day you picked it up, the quests you were asked to do may not be available.

    You can abandon Common Cause and take it again, but it may be in a different zone and if you've already started doing quests it may be uncompletable as well since it can't register anything you've already finished that day.
