They should just give you guys the packs like this. You guys are volunteers and while I don't always agree with you guys, you do a lot. Kind of irritated they don't just give them to you.

It's all good! We have gotten small things before as appreciation gifts but we don't ask nor expect them. If any "token of appreciation" was warranted, the Neverwinter Noble's Chest was all I would ever had asked for. My drow rock's Valindra's Crown.

Packs can only be applied once per account.

I am not sure about that. I thought it would be only allowed to be purchased once - like it was unique.

Yes once you purchase it on an account it is no longer available to be purchased on that account. With that said other then the 4 unique items the bahamat stuff you can reclaim it on any character on your account. All of these items including the bag are bind on pick up, and it checks to see what you currently have as these items are also considered unique.
