Plugging Holes qst - teleports me back to entrance of DV when completed

Qst: Plugging Holes
Prob: As soon as I 'plug the hole' and see the animation of the hole closing, I'm teleported back to the starting campfire.

This happened to me as well. I didn't get the coordinates of which mineshaft it's at because... uh... I wasn't there anymore.
