Level 60+ bonus power points problem

I just wanted to note an issue I had last night with one of my characters pertaining to the post-60 bonus power points you can now earn. When I logged in to play, the first thing I did was go into each of my characters to update their crafting results/set new training tasks. So I was essentially in-and-out each minute or so per character.

When I got to one of them, I actually got a new level which would have put me at a total of 65 character power points to spend. Since I was planning on playing this character that evening, but still had a couple of others to swap out training tasks, I opted to not hit control-f to apply my new power point at the time. Instead, I was going to do it when I came back a few moments later after finishing with my other characters. When I did come back, the bonus power point was gone, I seem to have lost it. There's still only a total of 64 points on my power list and there is no red power stone or anything; it was simply gone.

I have a ticket logged; I don't know if this is an isolated incident or if others have had issues, but I wanted to note that it happened and, if possible, get my point back. Until then - fair warning: If you earn a bonus post-60 power point, spend it right away or you might lose it ! Thanks

You don't get a power point every time you fill the XP bucket, so when you did open the reward, you probably just got something else. Some of the rewards are pretty unremarkable.

If you had opened it right then, seen a power point and then not been able to spend it later, I'd say you had a bug, but this sounds like a simple case of not realizing it isn't guaranteed, but a potential random reward until all powers are maxed out.
