PVP Leaderboards

When I look at the pics for the new Leaderboards, I see no category for pts healed or anything equivalent to that like other games have. Am I missing something or are DCs once again left behind? (and please don't say that DCs can get pts from assist - that's a joke if you are a healing DC and are doing your part for the team). But perhaps there is something that the pics are not showing but those who were in test saw.

    Nah, DC's have won that - GFs are runner-ups. LOL

    If you care about leader board you are over thinking.

    It is not a good representation of player skill, at least it won't be until a massive amount of games have been played. And yeah sadly DC would still have a hard time of reaching high score due to the nature of the class, but it is just like if you wanna play something excel at 1 v 1 why roll a DC at first place?

    A good DC would be reckoned regardless of your standing on leader board.

    Pretty sure TRs are gonna overrun this board once we have enough of a sample size

    Maybe that's where cryptic gets their queues to nerf stuff.

    If so, I'm good.

    Not so sure, IWD is a hunters paradise. Lotsa weird lines of sight, lotsa cover. The whole place begs for aimed shot to be used a lot.

    Hi!

    The entire pvp system is a big mess, it favors the bystanders. I'm a poor stepchild of this game, the GF and go into many fights, i love it, but i realized that if you fight more, you die more, ergo, the best rankings aren't available for me. Closely watched a match and the rogue guy, who just used perma stealth and captured points, had way more points, than me fighting and killing, just because i died and he of course didn't die once, but wasn't in battle too. So i think the entire pvp system would need a rebuilding from scratch. Bystanders get also points like for capturing, for assist and so, which is way more, than a real bulldog fighter gets.

    Leaderboard in one word : Dumb.
    Leaderboard in one sentence : means nothing.

    Yeah I don't see how this leaderboard is at all accurate. We have no idea how the points are scored do we?


    Plus the fact that big guilds/groups of friends can just exploit the hell out of it.

    I love PvP, but why waste resources on stuff like this?

    i think the only thing really matter on the leaderboards will be the win/loss ratios.
