PVP leaver penalty

So what exactly happens if you queue up for PVP and it's one of those times it gives you that leaving instance message. Happens to me a couple of times a day. It seems the queue has inadvertently filled up both teams but for some reason still decided to try to add me to the instance. Do I get flagged?

Oh no... I can already see this is going to be a huge problem.

That bug is supposed to be fixed now to prevent that from happening.

Resolved Issues and Bug Fixes

An issue where a player would be erroneously disbanded from their party and removed from a PvP match upon reconnecting after a short disconnect.

Of course, whether the fix works properly remains to be seen, so all paws crossed.

That's not the same bug. The one they are fixing is if you dc and come back it pops you out.

I'm talking about when you first join a match, sometimes it's been filled and it doesn't put you in the team and then sends you out after about 15 secs.
