Hey when I was playing 21.2.2014 at night chat went offline so i went to sleep. Tomorrow when I logged in I lost my greater plaguefire, lesser soul, lesser vorpal and 4x grand articifier. When I asked for /zone chat some players had this problem too so I posted two tickets GM said me I have to use Report bug in game so I did. Now its 7 days without response from GM or QA team. I just hope you will give me back my items thanks and sorry for my English.

There is nothing you can do until they reply , you could try to pass the ticket number on to a forum mod through pm's and see if they can ask about it but other than that forum can't help at all because the GM's and support will not reply to forum posts at all , ever , hope you get the help you need though.

Chat going offline sounds irrelevant. When you specifically lose the most valuable items you own, then the very first thing you should think is that you were hacked, not that it was a bug, and your contacts with customer support should be asking to have your account rolled back.

I dont think my account was hacked because all my AD,golds and some good items I still have :/ I prefer get my items back with email in game or somethings like that because I have better set, ench ranks etc...

Yeah well... they don't actually do that, ever.

Some hackers will strip you completely and others are looking for a quick in and out of just grabbing the easiest things to take. Taking your money requires time and cooperation.

I still think I wasnt hacked, but when I was then QA team or GM can check email in game/trade log or somethings like that and ban him... maybe. Lets just hope they will give me my items back :(

The thing is you just said you lost items. If you said that you might have been hacked then they would investigate.

we're sorry you're experiencing these issues.

if you have an issue were you're missing items, if you suspect that your account has been compromised or have any other account related issues, the procedure is to submit a support ticket. bringing these issues to the forums isn't going to help you get your issues resolved. there isn't anything the community team can do to assist other than to direct you to the support team.

    thank you and good luck.
